Remember that the gastronomy is also an emblematic aspect of the city that you must consider within your vacation plans; for this, you should visit the San Cúan Market (containing the biggest roof in all of Latin America), where you will eat pozole, tamales, menudo, tostadas, sopes, meat in its juices and the traditional birria (spicy goat stew).
